Senior Systems Analyst (SAP HCM/ SAP HRMS)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field Experience as an SAP Technology Consultant in HR/Payroll is essential Experience as an SAP Success Factors Consultant SAP ABAP certification is preferred ITIL certification is preferred Experience: 5-7 years of SAP experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry Job Specific Skills: Knowledge of SAP Payroll, SAP HR, SAP Time Management, SAP Fiori (Basic), SAP Success Factors (Basic), SAP ABAP & Workflow (Basic)Strong understanding of all HR sub-modules, with extensive experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Leave Management Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, and analytical skills Deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors implementation and support (RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, SCP, Compensation)Good understanding of S4 solutions, BTP, Fiori Apps, and integrations Experience in business data modeling, preferably using Data Sphere Ability to develop business analytical dashboards using Power BIKnowledge of SAP interfaces and integration with technologies like Microsoft Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataflows)Employment Type Full Time Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords HRIS Analyst HR Systems Consultant HR Systems Specialist Human Capital Systems Analyst System Troubleshooting SAP HCMSAP HCM Payroll SAP Human Capital Management Specialist HRMSSAPHCMDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
