Clinical Providers

You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform 'Intellect', supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions. This is a freelance remote role with flexible hours. While local candidates are preferred, others are considered. This role offers a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice. We are seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join our community, working collaboratively to improve mental health access and provide mental health coaching. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients. Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc. Collaborate with the internal clinical team, suggesting improvements to the program and platform. Hold a Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology. Be skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT). Have at least 300 clinical hours post-master's degree. Communicate effectively in English and your local language. Experience in EAP, working with adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.
