Senior Business Analyst – Finance

This role involves working closely with finance, product, and technology teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong finance domain expertise, analytical skills, and experience with financial software products. Desired Candidate Profile • 10+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within thefinance or insurance industry. • Bachelor (or) master’s degree (Preferred a degree in Finance) • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). • Proficiency in PLSQL / Javafor data analysis and reporting. • Strongbusiness analysis skills , with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Experience working with developers, business users, and external clients. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of Agileand Waterfall methodologies for project execution. • Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
