Conduct thorough analyses of contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and providing actionable recommendations to mitigate them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure contracts reflect the needs of various stakeholders. Monitor and manage contract performance, assessing compliance and identifying areas for improvement throughout the contract lifecycle. Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management system, ensuring all documents are accurate, accessible, and up to date. Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders on contract interpretation and best practices in contract management. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing contract analysis findings and strategic insights. Facilitate dispute resolution processes by providing expert insights and resolution strategies for contractual conflicts. Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to ensure contracts are competitive and compliant with current standards. Assist in the development and refinement of contractual templates and guidelines to streamline the contracting process. Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Professional who is well versed in the full spectrum of Contracts management. You will need to be results-driven and able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will be accountable for safeguarding company interests in signed contracts from the Contract signing stage to Contract closure during delivery and handing over stages. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing/reviewing supervision contracts, addressing contractual matters, managing claims, resolving disputes, and providing expert advice. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support end-to-end Contract lifecycle. Monitor and review existing Contracts to ensure compliance with required standards. Monitor the change management process to manage any variation to the Contract clauses/scope. Manage Variation Orders, Claims, and Time variations/penalties, ensuring the change management process follows the right approval authority. Develop and implement strategies for the preparation and submission of claims, including EOT (Extension of Time) and prolongation cost claims. Manage issues relevant to extension of time, Contractual claims, variations, loss, and expense claims to the Client. Negotiate and recommend the best way forward to resolve disputes to ensure mutual satisfaction of both parties, liaising with relevant departments (e.g., Legal, Pricing, Delivery, etc.) as needed for proper dispute management. Handle the identification and management of contract risks. Experience in negotiating, writing, and interpreting terms, conditions, and requirements of contractual agreements. Work with bid management and other teams within and outside the BU to ensure that the Contract is closely aligned to the scope of the Contract document and that all areas of the Contract are compliant with those requirements. Work with key stakeholders including Legal, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Account Managers, etc. Verify Contract performance, completion, and final financial settlement, and issue related certificates. 08 years of experience in the Telecom & ICT industry with at least 5 years in Contracts Management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Strong understanding of Contract Administration, Claims, Dispute, and Change Management. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - both verbal and written in English. Knowledge of IACCM, NCMA processes, and FIDIC Standards will be preferred. Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for added expertise. 5+ years of experience in contract analysis or management, ideally within industries such as healthcare, technology, or finance. Professional certifications like Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field. Experience working with international contracts is a plus; familiarity with global compliance standards enhances candidacy. Proficiency in contract management software and tools is essential for efficient workflow and document management. Strong analytical skills are crucial for assessing complex contract terms and identifying potential risks or opportunities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective negotiation and stakeholder collaboration. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, displaying strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency can enhance collaboration in global contracts.
