Business Analyst (Retail Banking)

5+ yearsof experience as a Business Analyst in Cards and Retail Bankingdomain. In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following systems: TSYS ,FIS ,PRIME ,POS(Point of Sale). Strong understanding of credit/debit/prepaid card products and processing flows. Experience with card scheme integrations (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, etc.). Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging and other transaction standards. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
