Data Analyst is accountable for collecting and evaluating HR data to spot patterns and trends that could be utilized to streamline processes and enhance decision-making. The role holder leverages data analytics and identifies areas of improvement and opportunities to optimize processes. This helps boost employee engagement and productivity and supports the organization's strategic goals. Qualification ABachelor’s degree/Masters Degreein Information Technology (IT), Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience At least 3 years of experience as HR Analyst in hospitality or related industry Job Responsibilities: Gather relevant HR data from employee records, surveys, payroll, and exit interviews to support decision-making. Analyze the data and trends regarding critical HR processes and the long-term/short-term goals of HR. Identify the HR metrics that need to be considered for specific HR processes and practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Corroborate the efficiency of HR processes and practices based on the calculated HR metrics and trends. Design HR reports, visualizations, and dashboards for informed decision-making on recruitment, workplace administration, and employee performance. Provide the progress work status to the respective reporting manager and Management as required. Perform other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals. Desired Skill(s) & Competencies: Proficiency in data analytics tools. Working knowledge tools such as - R, SQL, and Power-BI, Familiarity with HRIS & HR Technology products Knowledge of MS Office Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
