Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh, in addition to performing his/her original task of serving clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning. Clean all service utensils before each service. Help the captain waiter in restaurant setup. Keep personal appearance clean and maintain high hygiene standards. Assist the captain waiter in mise en place preparation. Transport food from kitchen to dining hall. Assist the captain waiter in serving food plates to clients. Change ashtrays and refill glasses with water during service. Clear and clean the table after the meal. Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area. Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions.
