A Groups and Events Executive is responsible for managing group bookings and events at the hotel, acting as a liaison between customers and the hotel's commercial and operational teams. This role involves being the primary contact for clients from initial inquiry through to the conclusion of the event, ensuring all objectives are met with high standards.What will I be doing? As a Groups and Events Executive, you will handle hotel events from the initial contact with the event organizer to contract preparation, and until the event concludes. Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving and updating information on groups and events Drafting contracts for groups and events Entering Rooming Lists, updating payment instructions, and recording relevant group information in the system Negotiating budgets with clients Developing Event Work Orders with all pertinent details Conducting briefings with clients covering all event specifics (e.g., attendee numbers, categories, pricing, payment methods, contacts, special notes) Preparing monthly reports and closing group information Collaborating regularly with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Reservations, Front Desk, Departments, Hilton Meetings, and Kitchen Interacting directly with guests or clients during their stay Participating in special activities such as cocktail receptions and welcome tours Responding promptly and efficiently to all client requests Desired Candidate Profile What are we looking for? The ideal candidate for a Groups and Events Executive at Hilton will embody our commitment to guest service and teamwork.
