Roads Engineer

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Attendant to join our team and contribute to the nurturing and development of young children. The Nursery Attendant will work under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals to create a safe and engaging environment for children, supporting various activities and ensuring their well-being. Key Responsibilities: Child Supervision: Assist in monitoring and supervising children during playtime, meals, and other activities. Maintain a safe and secure environment, promptly addressing any concerns or emergencies. Activity Coordination: Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and educational programs. Engage children in creative play, arts and crafts, and other developmental activities. Hygiene and Care: Assist with diaper changing, feeding, and other basic care routines. Encourage and teach children proper hygiene practices. Communication: Effectively communicate with parents, providing updates on a child's daily activities and progress. Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the daycare environment meets established standards. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisory staff promptly. Behavioral Guidance: Assist in promoting positive behavior and addressing any behavioral challenges appropriately. Encourage social interaction and cooperation among children. Environment Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized daycare space. Assist in organizing and replenishing supplies as needed. Desired Skills & Experience Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a childcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory. Genuine love for working with children and a nurturing demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team. Basic understanding of child development principles. Valid QID and NOC.
