Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Job Description Job Overview: The Quality Inspector applies their conceptual knowledge of inspection, with guidance from colleagues and leadership, to solve straightforward inspection problems. They analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The inspector understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations using technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Candidates should hold a basic engineering degree, with twelve (12) years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including six (6) years in offshore projects. Must possess valid CSWIP/PCN/BGAS or AWS Senior Welding Inspector Certificates, including ASNT Level II in NDTs, and ISO 9001 Auditor certification. Experience in oil and gas fabrication and onshore projects is required.Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.Identify non-conformities for rectification and ensure final resolution.Assess product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity, documenting all inspection results and raising documentation for corrective actions when needed.Coordinate with Operations, Certifying Authorities, Clients, Job Sharing personnel, and subcontractors to ensure conformity to project specifications.Proactively prevent problems by interacting with Production, Engineers, and Management personnel.Liaise with customer representatives to ensure product conformity and stage release for each activity within the Project Quality Plan/ITP.Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education: High school diploma or relevant degree.5+ years of Quality Control or related discipline experience with a degree, or 8+ years with a diploma.Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
