FIRE INSTRUCTOR

Primary Purpose of the Job Deliver & maintain a comprehensive Fire, Rescue and Emergency Response training and development programmes for both fire division and non-fire division personnel to ensure that current and new members of staff are trained and deemed competent in accordance with the relevant codes, standards and practices. As an integral member of a team deliver Fire & Rescue training services required by stakeholders and other Joint Ventures.Required Experience and Skills Minimum 10 years’ experience in Fire operations, with minimum 5 years’ experience at Leadership level staff (Station Officer or higher) preferably in oil, gas or High-Risk industry emergency response personnel.Educational Qualifications Diploma Fire Safety Engineering / Management or graduate member of the Institute of Fire Engineers or equivalent diploma. Hold applicable certifications in NFPA professional qualifications standards or equivalent. Fire Instructor II or equivalent qualification Possess a valid driving License, preferably Heavy Vehicle.
