The key responsibilities for this position include: Ensuring all operational procedures, checklists, and work instructions are performed to a high standard. Preparing facilities, equipment, and areas of use daily. Performing tasks related to pool operations, including cleaning, reception, and administration. Managing opening and closing procedures of the Centre according to published hours, ensuring facilities meet Health and Safety regulations. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene during shifts. Supervising the pool area, assisting swimmers in difficulty, and providing lifesaving first aid as needed. Monitoring chemical levels of pool water and reporting issues to the Duty Manager or Maintenance Engineer. Conducting routine checks and maintenance in the Plant Room, including backwashing filters. Attending relevant training sessions as deemed appropriate by the Manager. Constantly supervising patrons to ensure safety and responding promptly to emergencies. Providing emergency care and treatment until medical services arrive. Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude, delivering high-quality customer service. Performing maintenance duties to keep the facility clean and safe. Preparing and maintaining activity reports. Performing any additional duties as assigned. Additional Information 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit, able to stand long periods, swim if required, and perform light athletic activities. Ability to lead group activities such as games, fitness sessions, or arts and crafts.
