The key responsibilities for this position include: Ensuring all operational procedures, checklists, and work instructions are executed to high standards. Preparing facilities, equipment, and areas of use daily. Handling tasks related to pool operations, including cleaning, reception, and administration as required. Managing the opening and closing of the facility according to published hours, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift. Supervising the pool area, assisting swimmers in difficulty, and providing lifesaving first aid when necessary. Monitoring chemical levels of the pool water, reporting issues to the Duty Manager or Maintenance Engineer. Performing routine checks and maintenance in the Plant Room, including backwashing filters. Attending relevant training sessions as deemed appropriate by the manager. Maintaining constant surveillance of patrons, acting immediately in emergencies to ensure safety. Providing emergency care and treatment until medical services arrive. Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude, delivering high-quality customer service. Performing maintenance duties to keep the facility clean and safe. Preparing and maintaining activity reports. Performing any additional duties as assigned. Additional Information 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, swim if necessary, and perform light athletic activities.
