Job details
We are looking for a Head Chef, who is passionate about creating delicious comfort food (International or Local). Our concept is unique that will attracts customers looking for comfort food.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
• Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
• Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
• Producing menus and new dishes
• Managing, training and recruiting chefs
• Implementing/Following HACCP procedures.
• Preferably UAE experienced Head Chef
