Structure Deputy Manager

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION**: Responsible for ensuring the delivery, event-time site management, and legacy reinstatement components of the turnkey solution for all temporary structures of the Major events project. Duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary. **_Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: _** - Manage multiple projects through effective planning, monitoring, report of progress etc. - Preparing weekly or monthly reports and analysis business metrics. - Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost-effective way. - Creating a planning schedule - Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations. - Time and Project Management Skills. - Work closely with the Structure Manager and the venue/ operations teams to provide a seamless site management operation. - Coordinate with Cost, Procurement and Quantity Surveyor team to ensure project cohesion, budget control and procurement efficiencies. - Support Operational Site Management roles, processes and procedures for the event phase to manage the overlay installation and contractors. - Ensure compliance to Policies, Procedures and Regulations as applicable to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and report on deviations. **_Skills Required: _** - High level of verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Committed, highly flexible and service-oriented attitude - Multitasker and Self Motivated - Fluent In English - Proficient in the use of MS office - Advanced knowledge of Excel - A minimum of 3 years within a major event Overlay department - Arabic Language is a plus. **Job Type**: Temporary Contract length: 10 months **Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you interested to work in temproray basis?
