Description
Meet the Stores and Division financial objectives by estimating requirements, prepare strategic and annual forecast and budgets analyze variances, initiate corrective actions; establish and monitor financial controls; develop and implement strategies to increase sales & improving profits - Establish the Stores and Division business plan by surveying the demand; conferring with people in the community; identify and evaluate competitors; prepare financial, marketing and sales projections and estimates. - Achieve the budgeted Sales Revenues and profitability by implementing sales promotions and marketing programs. - Planning, coordinating and mobilizing new Stores projects. Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying the new sites for Division / concepts for new Business projects. - Prepare and submit weekly / monthly progress reports on Stores operation. - Carry out monthly inventory and stock control, review and evaluate usage reports. Analyze variances and take corrective actions - Monitor, control and manage Stores operations to meet the customer expectations, satisfaction and company goals. - Train and develop team members by providing appropriate on-the-Job training, so as to achieve the budgeted sales target, profits and efficiently control the departmental overheads and expenses. - Plan and order stocks accurately and timely to ensure continuous stock availability and control inventory levels. - Ensure that team members receive and stores reserve stocks under appropriate conditions and set standards. - Ensure daily cash collections is recorded and accounting process are followed as per set standards and liaise with the accountant on a daily basis. - Ensure payroll and overtime sheets for all team members are properly maintained and submitted in due time. - Ensure that hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all time requirements, conduct and implemented. - Maintain open and positive communication with subordinates and junior staff. Work as a team with positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional manner. - To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000: 2018), Quality Management (9001: 2015) and HSE (ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018) are implemented and maintained within the department. - All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date. - Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated. - To carry-out all other duties assigned by your Operations Manager on the assigned business operations/Unit in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: Safety precautionary measures are implemented in the work premises.
