You must ensure the implementation and consistency of the company standards and support the Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage in driving forward the outlet's ambitions. Key Responsibilities Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times. Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet. Follow up on all financials, LQA, Forbes, and Trust You targets and cascade them down to the team. Be aware of daily, monthly, and yearly financial targets. Actively contribute towards achieving financial targets. Report all issues and negative guest feedback on the Glitch system. Follow up on opening and closing checklists. Maintain HACCP & FIFO standards as required by regional regulations. Handle financial procedures according to finance department guidelines. Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment. Manage daily operations. Handle security incidents and guest complaints professionally and report promptly to the Director of Food and Beverage or F&B EAM. Conduct daily staff briefings before each shift. Ensure all necessary equipment is available for each service period. Oversee training, grooming, and selection of casual labor if needed. Be creative, confident, and open to innovative ideas. Follow the personal development plan set by the corporate office. Set KPIs aligned with hotel/departmental goals and support team development. Maintain operational inventory in excellent condition. Ensure outlet maintenance is consistently performed. Create opportunities for upselling, establish sales goals, and develop selling strategies. Develop the restaurant team to strive for excellence. Create an efficient rostering system. Inspire staff to generate new and improved ideas. Follow hotel evacuation policies during emergencies. Deliver high levels of service and guest satisfaction. Maintain effective communication across divisions. Lead by example with a passionate, hands-on approach. Assist in preparing monthly P&L reviews. Plan and coordinate menus with the outlet Chef. Ensure the team’s food and beverage knowledge is up to date. Perform additional duties as requested by the Director of Food and Beverage or F&B EAM. Organize marketing activities and promotional events with the marketing and F&B departments. Prepare operational reports including guest comments, sales, and feedback. Participate in team recruitment in collaboration with the T&C department.
