We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our client's 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar, and uphold our position as a premier destination for luxury and hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a dedicated team to elevate our restaurant's reputation. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and support staff. Guest Satisfaction: Maintain the highest standards of quality and service. Operations Management: Oversee reservations, seating, inventory, and budget. Staff Training: Develop staff skills and product knowledge. Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality meets our standards. Cost Control: Manage budgets while upholding quality. Collaboration: Work with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on menus and promotions. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and hygiene standards. Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with regular guests. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury or fine dining. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations. Passion for guest satisfaction. Budget management and financial acumen.
