Procurement Manager
Description
**Roles & Responsibilities**: - Ensures competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works. - Prepares reports and summarize data including purchased report and book value. - Schedules store visits and conduct competitor survey. - Executes and monitors of all regular purchasing duties. - Coordinates with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned. - Handles and monitors of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts. - Supports relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders. - Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Source, selects and negotiates for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. - Purchases and issue order in accordance to specification. - Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises. - Trains and directs the work of purchasing assistants or new staffs as needed. **Procurement Manager Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. - Proven experience managing supply chain operations in Health Care facility. - Experience using supply chain management software and tools. - In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). - Management and leadership skills. - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
