The role of Country Managerinvolves overall management of the Branch in the Country of Operation. This pivotal role is crucial for the company's strategic operations and growth within the Middle East. Client Details This organization operates Offshore Supply Vessels, focusing on worldwide operations, with a strong presence in Africa and the Middle East regions. Description Commercial activities : Collaborate with Commercial Management Operational activities : Oversee Technical, Marine, Husbandry, and HSEQ departments Purchasing and Logistics : Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policy Financial activities : Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, P&L, and Balance Sheet accurately and timely Legal and Tax activities : Ensure compliance with applicable laws, in collaboration with Legal and Tax Management at head office Human Resources : Manage personnel, recruitment, and training in collaboration with local HR and head office HR management Profile A successful Country Manager - Shippingshould have: A strong background in the OSV industry Proven expertise in operations management and strategic planning Preferably an MBA in marketing, commercial affairs, maritime, or international business At least 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business unit management, preferably in the oil/shipping sector Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Proficiency in English Job Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to lead operations in the OSV sector in Qatar Work within a company that values innovation and operational excellence Collaborative environment focusing on professional growth This is an exciting leadership opportunity in the industry.
