**We are looking to hire a qualified HR Rewards Associate to join our dynamic team.** - Administers employee insurance programs including Life, Medical, and other such benefits. - Assists in Job Analysis, Job descriptions creation and occupational classifications as required. - Validate of transaction data and administer variable pay as requested by the business. - Validate and processes ticket request as required. - Validate employee requests such as advance, dependent information, education allowance, vacation allowance et cetera. - Prepare report as required by business. - Maintain Career Stack, standard operating procedure and other documentation required for the business **Experience**: - Rewards Executive: 5 years (required)
