HR Rewards Executive
Description
**We are looking to hire a qualified HR Rewards Executive to join our dynamic team.** - Perform analytical research and reporting in different total rewards spheres including internal and external equity study, competitive pay practices, and on emerging compensation and benefits trends. Recommend associated policy and/or program changes. - Research best practices in compensation and benefits policies and procedures - Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses. - Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports. - Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team. - Assist Rewards Lead to create compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive Assists in Job evaluations and classifications. - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations, carry out validation as required. **Experience**: - Rewards Executive: 5 years (required)
