Often supports the team in effectively implementing the actions._ - _Conducts walk-through and visually assesses the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structures of the property, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment._ - _Monitor all the ongoing projects conducts site visit on a timely basis_ - _Create reports to monitor, and track engineering activities relating to project schedule through daily plans and logs._ - _Ensuring the effective financial management of the engineering department by adhering to maintenance budgets, capital works programmes and engineering plans._ - _Assist in control of New Projects, identifying the Scope of work, prepare floor plans in liaison with management, to ensure capital funding is effectively allocated and budgeted in accordance with Club policies._ - _Ensuring all energy consumptions are under control and monitor on daily basis _ - _Ensuring spare parts are monitored and stocks are maintained at required level, also authorized to grant approval for emergency material purchase with the consent of Chief Engineer._ - _Make a report of engineering activities including incidents, safety issues and internal requests._ - _Works closely with the Chief Engineer to carry out responsibility assigned by him correctly adheres to local law, regulations and policies as well as all club rules and regulations and policies and procedures._ - _Implement an effective preventive maintenance program in accordance with professional engineering practices_ - _Adheres to all safety practice, safety rules, and regulations._ - _Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting and other related systems._ - _Prepare Daily reports on the tasks that are accomplished & submit it to the Chief Engineer._ - _Prepares monthly report of department activities& costs, BOQ & PPM reports which has to be presented to the Management._ - _Perform Other Duties as assigned._
