Commercial Leasing Agent

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Commercial Leasing Agent for a prestigious client. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and sales, with a focus on leasing residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities : Actively market and lease residential and commercial properties.Conduct outdoor marketing activities such as distributing flyers, making cold calls, and visiting potential clients.Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Assist clients with property viewings and provide detailed information about rental properties.Negotiate rental agreements and effectively close deals.Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly leasing targets.Requirements Experience in real estate sales or commercial leasing is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.Ability to manage outdoor marketing tasks effectively.Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
