**Urgently required PROJECT COORDINATOR with mandatory experienced in Exhibition & Events Company** **Responsibilities**: - Plan, organize, coordinate and direct special events. - Act as event liaison between the client and vendors, donors, etc. - Generate all correspondence to internal and external communications. - Develop concepts and design, and coordinate mailings of Promotional materials and invitations and direct logístical planning. - Support coordination of Marketing activities & social media platform including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and website content. - Maintain records on events activities, progress, status and post event summary. - Attend event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned. - Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts both internal & external to facilitate event coordination. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by direct managers and supervisors. - Coordinate with the Sales team everyday on the confirmed sessions of interviews. - To update the calendar activities on a daily basis - Liaise with the design team (Photographer,/Videographer) on the confirmed appointments for shooting requirements and schedules. - Check with the Sales team if client has any specific requirements prior interview meetings and talks. - Coordinate with the clients point of contract for meeting locations, schedule and etc. - Represent the Company in a very professional way. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - How soon you can Join? - This is a Mandatory Question, are you locally available in Qatar? **Experience**: - Project Coordinator in Exhibition & Events: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Do you speak English fluently?
