HR Manager & HR Officer
Description
We are looking for strong School HR Team to lead on and manage all aspects of Human Resources at our school. He / She should be able to manage and oversee the implementation and compliance with RGS Human Resources policies, procedures and systems. Provide expertise, support, and advice in the various Human Resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, performance management, Employment Law and employee relations. Job Spacifications: - Worked in school before with a minimum of 5 years of experience - SAP / ORACLE System experience. - Have strong experience in Qatar labor law - Have strong experience in Ministry of Education requirements and procedure - Excellent communication skills - Business support experience - Writing and editing policies - Developing and implementing procedures - Recruitment experience - HR development plans. - Performance development experience - Evaluation and continues development action plan for employees **Expected Qualifications**: - Human Resource Degree. - Other Degrees in HR will be considered. - Strong English verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organization and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. - Credible experience in managing employee relations. - Knowledge in general HR office procedures, policies, and methods. - Strong ICT skills ideally with experience of ERP/HRMS.
