Arabic & English Sales Representative

**NOW HIRING!** We are a family sports center with a focus on children and are looking for a Full-Time experienced**Arabic & English **Sales Representative** to join our team! The individual will be responsible for generating leads and increasing the sales of membership packages to potential clients as well as encouraging the current members to renew their memberships. **Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Respond to phone calls and client questions about service, price and availability - Conduct tours and introductory presentations to clients - Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the business and services followed by consumer research to identify how our solutions meet the needs - Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion of these leads - Meeting sales expectations and targets - Keep track of source leads, inquiries and client feedback. Share this with the team on a weekly basis - Help determine pricing for upcoming promotions - Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs - Maintain client files and records and follow up with customers to maintain customer relationships **Requirements**: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or other similar roles - Strong customer service attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Proficiency with sales management software and CRM - Professional attitude and appearance - Exceptional written and communication skills - Excellent organisational, problem solving, presentation and time management skills - Keen team player - Fluent in English and Arabic **IF YOU THINK YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE INTERESTED IN THIS ROLE,** **Position: Full-Time Sales Representative** **Salary: To be discussed during interview** **Location: Ninja Vigor Family Sports Center, Haloul Street, Doha, Qatar** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month **Experience**: - Customer service: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - arabic (required) - English (required)
