Procurement Manager

This role involves leading and optimizing procurement and supply chain operations at HALEYS Qatar across various business verticals, including steel structure manufacturing, offshore container design and fabrication, inspection and testing services, oil field supply, and technical secondment. Responsibilities include vendor qualification, supplier audits, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The candidate must have experience in procurement planning, cost control, ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Zoho Procurement, and market trend analysis. A degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and CIPS certification (preferred) are required.
