To support our operations, we are looking to hire a Market Researcher to drive market intelligence, competitor analysis, and support business strategy for our pharmaceutical portfolio.Job Summary The Market Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, monitoring industry trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making at Medisal Pharma. This role involves gathering and interpreting market data, analyzing competitor activities, and delivering regular market intelligence reports to senior management.Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research on pharmaceutical products, therapeutic segments, and emerging industry trends in the UAE and GCC.Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, launches, and regulatory activities to identify business opportunities and threats.Data Collection & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources; prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.Business Support: Provide actionable insights to support new product launches, portfolio management, and business development initiatives.Regulatory & Policy Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant regulatory, economic, and policy changes affecting the pharmaceutical sector in the UAE and international markets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align market research findings with business objectives.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in market research or business intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC pharmaceutical markets.Proficiency in data analysis, market research methodologies, and report writing.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Competitive salary based on experience.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Health insurance, paid time off, and other standard benefits.
