Marketing and Event Executive

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and brand guidelines.Work with cross-functional teams to create marketing strategies for new product launches or services.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to make improvements.Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, and promotional events.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and speaker coordination.Oversee event setup, production, and post-event activities, ensuring events run smoothly.Content Creation: Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and event signage.Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and company website.Brand Promotion & Awareness: Work on brand positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, or vendors for promotional activities.Social Media & Digital Marketing: Oversee social media accounts and assist with digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.Execute email campaigns, digital ads, and online promotional activities.Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for marketing campaigns and events.Track expenses and report on ROI for events and marketing activities.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Provide suggestions on how to modify and enhance marketing and event plans in light of consumer input.Coordination and Cooperation: To guarantee that marketing and event objectives are fulfilled, collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and PR) and outside agencies.Coordinate with suppliers, event staff, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
