Key Account Executive (HORECA)

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive UAE (Hotels) who will achieve company's sales objectives in the UAE market by developing and executing sales strategies and fostering relationships with key customers (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, catering companies etc.). Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with executive chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams in luxury hotels and fine dining establishments. Achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets and KPIs for our products. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., seasonal menus, bulk contracts). Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability and client retention. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, Sales team) to deliver seamless service. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies. Required: BA -BS in Business/Marketing, Food Science, or Hospitality Management (preferred) Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG and/or 5+ years in B2B food sales, preferably with precooked/ready-to-eat meat products. Deep understanding of UAE’s hotel/restaurant supply chain and procurement processes. Persuasive negotiator, problem-solver, and culturally savvy (UAE hospitality norms). Valid UAE driving license. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
