Venture Zone is a Co-working Space and a Business Setup Consultancy, dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service. Our dynamic team consists of enthusiastic, young professionals who thrive on collaborative brainstorming to continually enhance our service quality. Responsibilities: Visitor management: Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour and guiding them to the respective tenant or staff within the Co-working Space. Inspection Management: Coordinate and facilitate office inspections with various regulatory bodies, such as the Labour Department, Banks, and other Government departments. Incoming call management: Receiving incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate tenants within the Business Center. Incoming verification calls management: Answering verification calls from authorities on behalf of the tenants. Managing conference room bookings. Mail/Courier management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining and coordinating appointments and meetings hosted within the space. Coordinate and support events and workshops hosted within the space. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Assisting with various office tasks and projects to contribute to overall efficiency. Qualifications Required: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Minimum Experience Required: 2 years in front desk/administration. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Professional appearance.
