Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, providing insights into cost reduction opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies. Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Implement audit recommendations to improve internal controls and financial processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the real estate or development industry.
