Payment Officer - Marketing

The Payment Officer in the Marketing Department is responsible for managing, processing, and tracking payments related to marketing activities. This includes vendor payments, media buying, campaign-related expenses, and other marketing-related disbursements. The role ensures timely and accurate payment processing in compliance with company policies and procedures Responsibilities Include: Process payment requests for marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and service providers. Coordination with Marketing vendors for the invoice submission and payment application Follow up with the Marketing team for necessary documentations to support payment certification. Follow up with the QS team for necessary certifications and approvals. Maintain payment logs including all submission, certification and approval details. Report to the Payment control manager/commercial manager about the payment status. Coordination with finance team to ensure the timely disbursement of payments Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Minimum 5 years of experience in the role in payments Industries Acceptable From: Advertising / Media Platform/ Marketing Analysts Knowledge of financial systems, invoice processing, and basic accounting principles.
