Client of Lobo Management Services Fz LLC Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on CFO to lead the organization’s financial strategy as they embark on a five-year business plan focused on transformative growth. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the achievement of these strategic goals. The selected candidate will prepare the organization for strategic growth, assist in acquisitions, and supervise the Finance and Accounting functions, as well as oversee the Legal, Compliance, and IT departments. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will serve as a credible, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to the CEO and other senior leaders. The CFO should be a hands-on, quality-focused financial executive with experience that combines sound financial leadership with proven business effectiveness. The CFO is responsible for the financial management of the organization, including budget analysis and management, financial modeling and reporting, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, accounting and treasury operations, mergers & acquisitions, and investment and exit strategies. The CFO will provide meaningful analysis and financial insights necessary for corporate decisions and strategic planning. In addition to financial leadership, this position will manage the legal and IT architecture of the organization. Requirements: CA with more than 20 years of experience Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive demonstrating strong financial acumen and leadership within a services organization Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, M&A strategy, and managing complex budgets Deep understanding of legal, compliance, and IT operations, with experience aligning these functions with broader business goals Experience driving digital transformation through AI and technology to optimize financial operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful and actionable financial recommendations to senior leadership Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to innovate processes to meet productivity goals Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and building high-performance cultures Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to connect jobseekers and employers.
