Your Missions & Responsibilities System Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between various internal and client-facing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication across all platforms. Technical Implementation: Assist in the configuration, deployment, and testing of new systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and our clients. Optimization and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve reliability and speed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with the Systems Architect and Tech Admin to ensure cohesive system architecture and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with other departments to support their system needs. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Support: Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, addressing system-related inquiries and issues. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in system integration, proposing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Systems Integrator or similar role. Expertise in integrating platforms and tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, API). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with system deployment and optimization. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong documentation skills. Knowledge of current system integration technologies.
