We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven, and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms, with a proven track record of consistently delivering strong ROI. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential.Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Paid Campaign Management: Design, set up, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments and optimizations to budgets, bids, and targeting. A/B test various ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to continuously improve results.Performance Optimization & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates). Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations. Gather feedback from sales and relevant teams to refine strategies.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing research into market trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Respond proactively to market shifts.Creativity & Innovation: Demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and creativity in overcoming marketing challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate campaign insights effectively.Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.(Specify X) years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on performance marketing.Proven track record of achieving strong ROI and KPIs.Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles.Creative with excellent ad copy and visual development skills.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.Experience with SEO, Email Marketing, Linked In Ads.Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.Experience in Igaming Software Industries.Note: This job posting is active.
