You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and are available for call-back coverage. You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch. You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernisations. You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer. You complete all required data inputs in a diligent and honest fashion; these include time reporting, parts usage, and call callback reporting.
