Operation Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, with a primary focus on order fulfillment, packaging, overseeing photo/video shoots, attending exhibitions, and maintaining strong communication with manufacturers. Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment and Packaging: Efficiently handle shipping orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Responsible for quality packaging to uphold our brand standards.Maintain organized inventory and manage stock levels. Photo/Video Shoot Oversight: Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with creative teams to meet visual content objectives.Manage equipment, schedules, and logistics for successful shoots. Exhibition Attendance: Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.Set up and manage exhibition booths, engaging with visitors and potential clients.Report on industry trends and competitor activities. Manufacturer Relations: Regularly check in on manufacturers to ensure production schedules are on track.Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners. Qualifications: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management. Familiarity with photo/video production logistics is a plus.
