They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-performing real estate professionals through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and personal referrals. Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and company culture. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Metropolitan Premium Properties as an employer of choice. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
