Micro Line Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with expertise in the Real Estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting Real Estate agents and managing HR functions specific to this industry.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment process for Real Estate agents, from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the Real Estate industry.Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.Maintain accurate and updated HR records and documentation.Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment KPIs.Collaborate with management to understand and address HR-related needs and challenges.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist in the Real Estate industry.Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices.Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
