We believe content and design are the keys to connecting with modern investors and property seekers — and we’re looking for a creative mind to lead that. Job Summary We are hiring a Social Media & Content Manager with stronggraphic design skills to take charge of our online presence. You’ll be responsible for designing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and planning an organized, effective content schedule that showcases Antari’s properties, brand, and vision. Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing posts, stories, and reels for Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other platforms Create and maintain amonthly content calendar aligned with property launches, events, and campaigns Write captions, research hashtags, and optimize content for reach and engagement Schedule posts using tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote key listings and brand updates Monitor trends and analytics, suggest new content ideas, and adapt strategies accordingly Edit photos/videos and create animations or motion graphics (bonus) Manage community engagement (reply to DMs, comments, etc.) Requirements 2+ years of experience insocial media management and content creation Proficiency ingraphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Familiarity withreal estate marketing or working with property-related brands (preferred) Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Excellent written communication (English; Arabic is a plus) Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Highly organized with time management and planning skills Must bebased in Dubai and able to work from the office full-time What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Creative freedom to bring your vision to life Work closely with the leadership team in a fast-paced startup Exciting real estate projects and high-end property campaigns A fun, collaborative office culture that values ideas and initiative Apply Now If you're passionate about content, creative design, and making an impact through social media — and want to grow with a modern real estate brand in Dubai — we want to meet you.
