The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.Content Creation: Produce engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and user engagement.Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads to drive traffic and conversions.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and implement CRO strategies to enhance website conversion rates and user experience.Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and optimize spending across various channels.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience in Travel and Tourism industry (Minimum 4 Years).Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.Creative thinking and a strong ability to stay updated with industry trends.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
