· Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection. · Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with potential candidates. · Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. · Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. · Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. · Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate profiles. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
