We are seeking a thorough Maintenance General Technician responsible for maintaining the good condition and functionality of the company's restaurant premises. The ideal candidate should work autonomously, responsibly, and adhere to all health and safety guidelines. The candidate should be flexible with timings and preferably hold a Manual Driving License . Responsibilities: Repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance on electrical systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs and sockets, repairing circuit breaker panels). Assist with setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems. Conduct manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows. Perform general upkeep tasks like painting and carpentry. Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to it. Skills: Proven experience as a maintenance technician. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems. Knowledge of maintenance processes and methods. Familiarity with tools, appliances, and devices. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. Good physical condition, willing to work overtime if needed. Please share your CV.
