Multi Technician cum Driver

Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.Minimum Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Good knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and routes.Excellent driving skills and a responsible attitude towards safety.Strong communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and schedules.Physical fitness to load and unload goods, if required.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Skills: Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complaints.Maintenance experience in HVAC, electricity, and plumbing.High School Diploma/Bachelor's or equivalent qualification.Certification for HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician, and any relevant field is preferred.In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.Detail-oriented.Ability to work under pressure.Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
