SMB Business Development Manager (Corporate Sector – UAE & GCC) SMB Business Development Manager (Corporate Sector – UAE & GCC) 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Over 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong focus on corporate clients and private training establishments.Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate entities seeking digital assessments, training platforms, and technology solutions within the UAE & GCC.Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to ensure products align effectively with corporate client requirements and market feedback.Identify and cultivate sales leads through industry networking events, strategic outreach, referrals, digital marketing channels, and corporate industry interactions.Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and successful deal closure.Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools efficiently, and produce timely sales forecasts.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement professionals, HR and training managers, and senior leadership in target organizations.Consistently achieve and exceed established sales quotas and revenue targets Identify and secure strategic business partnerships while coordinating closely with local resellers to expand reach within the corporate market.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth corporate client onboarding, high satisfaction levels, and customer retention.Continuously monitor and analyze corporate training market trends, competitor activities, and regularly communicate insights internally through comprehensive reporting.
