Responsibilities Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies’ operational efficiencies by using Qashio. Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans. Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers. Understanding customer’s challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution. Leading and coordinating contract negotiations for a successful close. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future upsell opportunities. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames. Analysing assigned markets’ potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics. Representing Qashio and acting as a brand advocate in events, conferences and other networking activities. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. Start up experience is a must, Fintech and/or Saa S would be a plus. Bilingual; working proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must . A good understanding of fintech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems. Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs. Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges. Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting . A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
