Club Lounge Ambassador

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, within the Club Lounge, the Waiter is responsible for carrying out operational tasks under the guidance of managers and supervisors, with the aim to serve food and beverage promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. The Club Lounge Ambassador reports to the F&B Supervisor. As a Club Lounge Ambassador, your responsibilities include: Managing a section in the Club Lounge. Assisting supervisors with daily checklists. Understanding and explaining the outlet's concept and offerings to guests. Completing mise en place and cleaning duties to ensure efficient service. Delivering personalized service based on guest requirements. Performing tasks courteously and efficiently. Upselling services and products to enhance revenue. Handling billing and cashiering according to hotel standards. Presenting dishes in line with standards. Maintaining outlet equipment and utensils in good condition. Following side duty schedules and completing tasks timely. Assisting with stock management and organization. Updating product knowledge regularly. Informing management of guest preferences and allergies. Supporting other outlets as assigned. Communicating effectively with colleagues and superiors. Being a proactive team player and engaging with guests personally. Creating memorable moments for guests through gestures and actions. Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, adhering to MOHG standards. Personalizing service based on guest preferences. Building rapport with guests during their stay. Attending to specific guest requests proactively. Assisting VIP guests with meet and greet. Collaborating with other departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, and Room Service. Maintaining the ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity of the lounge. Handling reservations and event requests. Ensuring accurate billing prior to guest departure. Providing courteous and prompt service during all guest interactions. Maintaining proper and up-to-date filing systems. Requirements for the Waiter include: Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, with the ability to understand and meet guest needs.
