Events Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Events Coordinator to join a team in Dubai on a 2-month contract basis. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events to promote our organization and enhance its public image. The ideal candidate must be based in Dubai and available immediately. This position is open to individuals holding Spousal or Family Visas and requires fluency in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements. Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment. Promote events to target audiences through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships. Ensure the smooth execution of events by coordinating event setup, signage, and registration. Qualifications Must be based in Dubai, UAE. Immediate availability to start the 2-month contract. Hold a Spousal or Family Visa valid for work in the UAE. Fluent in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creativity and attention to detail. Salary & Benefits Monthly salary of AED 6,000. Opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination.
